Belgian Tenacity at New York City at unknown date shortly after WWII. Owned by U.S.Department of Commerce and transferred to Belgian Goverment under Lend/Lease and operated by American West African Line Inc.under WSA Service Agreement Form TCA (Time Charter Agreement).
